PROGRAM BOOK DEADLINE
You must buy your booth prior to DECEMBER 18, 2017 in order to be listed in the program book. Booths will still be sold after that date but it will no longer be possible to be listed in the program book.
Partial refunds may be available prior to the early bird deadline of November 17, 2017. IPAY is not able to process any refunds within two weeks of the start of the event.
Exhibit booths and tables will be assigned in the order in which applications and full payment are received.
Exhibit halls includes Conference Registration for one (1) individual. Additional Exhibitors are welcome for an additional $475 / $550 US per person for Members (Before Early Bird Deadline / After Early Bird Deadline) for IPAY Members or $650 / $725 US for Non-Members.
Please note: Full booth allows up to 5 additional registrants (including showcasing or spotlight artists). Half booth allows up to 2 additional registrants (including showcasing artists or spotlighting artists). Tables do not allow additional registrants.
Registration will be completed when the application form has been received and payment in full is received for booth and additional registrants.
Exhibit booth materials may be sent to the hotel three days prior to the beginning of the conference.
Companies are solely responsible for arranging pick up of materials through courier services. Please make sure to arrange delivery so materials are received at the conference hotel on Thursday January 25th, 2017 only.
Packages handling fees: $5 per package
